Britannia House was built more than 160 years ago as the Britannia Commercial Hotel and as such remained for over a century. It is a beautiful building of historic value in a great part of the seaside town of Lymington.

I have been in the hotel and catering industry since 1987, started as a bell boy in Munich, did a first class apprenticeship in one of the leading hotels of the world, the Brenner's Park in Baden-Baden, came then to the UK and did my BSc degree in Hotel and Catering Management at the University of Surrey. Between then and starting my own business I worked in both Germany and England as Assistant, Restaurant and Banqueting Manager in various hotels and restaurants. Now I very much enjoy looking after my own guests in Lymington.

The neighbourhood are mainly speed and sailing boats located between the main dwelling and the waterfront which is only two minutes to walk to.
