We are passionate about the Bronte Guesthouse and York, we therefore spend many hours in the city centre, keeping up to date with all the attractions, and surrounding area,including places to eat & drink.

Mick, Mandy and family look forward to welcoming you to their Victorian home. Ideally positioned on a quiet one-way street overlooking Bootham Park with views of York Minster, during the Winter and Autumn months, and lovely views of the street lined trees in the Summer months, which is just a short 7-minute walk away. We are a small family run Guest house with a friendly, informal atmosphere. We are open all year round, with the exception of Christmas. Visit us in the summer when the days are long .... or try an out of season break when the crowds have gone. All our rooms are en-suite with shower.

Neighborhood info

York is a super place to visit with many attractions to keep all ages occupied. We have all the historical places, the Minster, walking the walls including the river Ouse that passes through the centre. There are two really nice parks for all the family to visit. We are also very close to the North Yorkshire Moors, steam railway and sea side towns/villages.
