Brook Barn has comfortable accommodation, beautiful grounds and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with panoramic views of the South Downs. From our two acre garden you can walk directly into bluebell woodland and explore a network of footpaths and bridleways which connect to the South Downs Way. Graffham lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It is convenient for Goodwood, Cowdray Park and Chichester. Whether you are travelling by car or by foot, Brook Barn B&B makes an excellent base from which to explore West Sussex. The coast is less than an hour away. Children are welcome at Brook Barn. Dogs are welcome, but there is a charge which can be paid to me on arrival. Please enquire. There are no dining room facilities at the property, but breakfast cereal, fruit juice, yogurt and coffee and tea are available to be consumed in the room.

Brook Barn is a family house with pets and horses which live beside the property. We are very much a country property which enjoys all the attributes of being in a national park.

Graffham is a secluded village at the foot of the South Downs. We have immediate access to beautiful countryside and interesting cultural heritage such as Petworth House, The Weald and Downland Museum, Cowdray Park and Goodwood.
