The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a AGA, electric oven, four ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove and dining area seating eight, a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three king bedrooms, and a twin bedroom, along with an en-suite shower room, family bathroom and ground floor shower room. There is ample parking for cars on the large private driveway. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: The lake is not enclosed so therefore children and dogs will need to be supervised at all times. Ipswich is one of England’s oldest towns, believed to have been created in Anglo-Saxon times and built up more and more around the dock since then. Now, the dock area has undergone a large redevelopment, offering a good selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. As well as a selection of historic buildings around the town, it is also home to the youngest Grade I listed building, a large, glass-built commercial office building in the town centre. Ipswich was awarded the cleanest town award in 2007 and has a number of things to do, including a good selection of shops to browse and brilliant restaurants and bars, not to mention being home to Ipswich Town Football Club!
