Unique octagonal room with windows overlooking parkland and garden. En-suite shower room. Separate kitchenette with tea (English and herbal), Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast cereal, yoghurt and fruit. Free wifi & smart TV. Access is via an independent entrance which guests will have a key to. 5 minute walk to train station, beaches, Marine Lake. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Short drive to Royal Liverpool Golf Club (hosts to the Open 2023) and other quality golf courses. The historic city of Chester is a 25 minute drive as is North Wales. Liverpool is a 20 minute train journey.

We are a 5 mins walk to the beach, marine lake, promenade, station and centre of West Kirby. The room overlooks Ashton Park tennis courts and the Wirral Way. West Kirby train station has a direct line service into central Liverpool and there is also a regular bus service into Liverpool and to Chester. We are a few minutes walk from cafes , bars and restaurants and the local sports centre which offers a public swimming pool and exercise classes. For those interested in water sports, kayaks and sailing lessons are available at the marine lake. Royal Liverpool, Caldy and Heswall golf clubs are a 5 minute drive away. West Kirby Sailing Club is a short walk away.
