Welcome to Brooklands Guest House, a charming and centrally located 4-bedroom Victorian-style townhouse in the heart of Llandrindod Wells. This spacious property offers flexible accommodation: you can book individual rooms with shared facilities or reserve the entire house, which comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Perfect for couples, friends, families (with older children), or small groups looking for a home-from-home feel. Please note: As a 3-storey townhouse with stairs, it is not suitable for very young children or guests with mobility issues. We operate a shoe-free policy on the 1st and 2nd floors for comfort and cleanliness — slippers or socks are provided, or feel free to bring your own house shoes. The house is recently renovated, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully furnished for a relaxing stay. House Rules & Info: Due to the layout and for the comfort of all guests, we ask that children are supervised at all times and not left unattended or allowed to run around the property. The maximum occupancy shown for each booking must be respected. Extra guests without prior agreement may incur a charge or require departure. If you book all 4 rooms, the host will still be on site during your stay. All rooms have high-security Euro cylinder 5-star locks. Brooklands is superbly located right in the town centre on the main road, just a short walk from the lake, parks, shops, restaurants, and the train station. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Important notes: This is a town-centre property, so some ambient noise is possible, especially from the neighbouring restaurant and ale house (with a small beer garden). Rooms 1 and 2 may hear more evening noise on weekends. Parking: No on-site parking is available, but there is plenty of free parking in the side streets (e.g., Spa Road, just up from Temple Bar) and surrounding roads with no time limits. If you’re unsure, just message me for the best spots.
