Welcome to Brookside Lodge Nestled in the heart of Dawlish, Brookside Lodge is a cozy retreat perfect for families, couples, or solo travellers. We take pride in offering a relaxing space just minutes from the beach, shops, and scenic walks. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we aim to make your time unforgettable with a mix of comfort, charm, and a little Devon magic. This delightful, predominantly detached, period three storey house located in the Conservation Area adjacent to the river (Dawlish Water) and within easy walking distance of the beach and all local amenities. It stands in a very prominent position facing the river and has some lovely features such as the bay windows, balconies and small riverside patio.

Neighborhood info

At the top end of the strand the house is close to the main local shops and amenities which are located around the green and brook which run down to the see front. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs and a short drive to Exeter and Teignmouth/Shaldon. It's a 30 min drive to the Dartmoor National Park.
