Escape to beautiful Devon coast and enjoy stunning views of Woolacombe beach from your bedroom window. Our apartment is fantastic for families, couples, and surfers. It has spectacular view out across Woolacombe Bay and is located just few minutes walk from 3 mile long stunning Woolacombe beach and just short walk away from breath-taking Barricane beach. It is a perfect holiday destination, not just in the summer, but all year round. Situated in lovely village with local shops and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE - We offer allocated parking space for 1 car ONLY.
This stunning and stylish 3 bedroom apartment is situated over the 1st and 2nd floor, newly completed in January 2018. The property has it’s own entrance front door and the entrance on the same level as the car park. Fully equipped kitchen/living room area, bathroom with shower are located on the 1st floor as well as single bedroom with bunk beds. On the 2nd floor you can find 2 double bedrooms, one with and en-suite with shower. There are two balcony’s, one off the kitchen/living space, and one from the main bedroom. Our apartment is located just a few minutes walk from Woolacombe beach, in the centre of a family friendly village. Parking on the site for one car. Your holiday home will be ready and available from 4pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure. During peak season we accept weekly bookings with changeover on Saturday. PLEASE NOTE - We offer allocated parking space for 1 car ONLY.
The award winning 3 mile golden sand beach is just a 3 minute walk away. Beyond this there are wealth of other activities to enjoy here, be it horse-riding, golf, walking or spa days.
