The cottage is reverse level and set over three floors. There are four bedrooms including two ground-floor king-size, a second-floor double and a second-floor twin. There is a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, as well as a second-floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. The first floor also hosts an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and balcony. Guests have access to an external utility. Heating is powered by electric storage heaters and amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravelled area and furniture, as well as a balcony with furniture. Abersoch is a charming harbour village on the Llyn Peninsula, in a part of Wales known for its spectacular landscape and numerous walking opportunities.
