Calluna Cottage is a bright, modern semi-detached self catering cottage situated in a quiet no-through road very close to the centre of Aviemore. There is 1 bedroom with king sized bed and 1 bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area, only suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. There is a fully enclosed garden, secure storage shed, BBQ & incredible views! Calluna Cottage is also dog friendly.

Calluna Cottage is situated in a very quiet area and in a small cul-de-sac so no passing traffic. It is a lovely peaceful location, yet only a very short walk into Aviemore village along a footpath or a 5 minute drive. From the cottage, there are wonderful views of the Cairngorm Mountain Range. Also, from the door, you can explore the area by bike or by foot and within a short distance are in the beautiful wilderness of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage is also located on the Speyside Way, one of Scotland's 4 main long distance routes. Aviemore village is a small, friendly town with a good variety of cafés, bars, eateries and shops. Stores providing outdoor equipment and equipment hire are readily available. There is also a swimming pool, indoor play area, & cinema for indoor activities. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the region and the championship Spey Valley Golf Course is only a short walk away. Further afield there are many places to explore, but you will find plenty of activities for all ages and abilities from the doorstep.
