We offer 3 modern, stylish rooms, all with en-suites and decorated to a very high standard, inside a large detached property. All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, filled with drinks and yoghurts, as well as fruit bowls and a plate of snacks. Tea and coffee facilities are also included. Downstairs, we have a laundry room filled with other utilities such as, a large fridge freezer, a microwave, and a sink. Outside we offer a very private, comfortable seating area, with the option of a barbeque, which has proved very popular with previous guests - perfect for nice weather.
The property is situated on a very peaceful road, on the outskirts of York centre, which is easily accessible by a lovely, scenic, 10 minute riverside walk. Alternatively, we are just off the main A19 road, which caters perfectly for those wanting to use public transport (at the bottom of Kilburn Road), or travelling by car.

Kilburn road is a quiet residential area, with allotments on the end of the road, leading on to spacious freeman's land, ideal for picnics, walks, etc.
It is also a great location for an idyllic 10 minute riverside walk into the city centre, as well as great transport links.
York has many tourist attractions, featuring York Castle, York Minster, Dungeons, City walls, and many other museums and places of interest.
