Easy access to both the M6 and M62 and 1 minute to Birchwood Business Park and Cinnamon Park• The property offers patio area with plenty of parking right at the front of the property and a parking space at the rear. This property is perfect for families, couples and those on business in the area. • Bedroom 1-King size bed • Bedroom 2- king size bed or Bedroom 3 2 single beds. All rooms can be made up to have 2 singles or 1 Kingsize bed • Fully furnished kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Laundry basket, clothes horse, washing line Lounge, Dining room and downstairs toilet. Bathroom Smart TV with complimentary Netflix in living room • 2 x Sofa. Dining table to cater for 6 people.
