Access to the property and enclosed garden is via land shared with the owner, and where the owner’s dogs and other animals may be as it’s a working farm, please keep dogs on a lead when in this communal area. There is CCTV on the exterior of the property and the owners land. Please note: puppies are not accepted under 9 months, One well behaved dog welcome , 2 on request to owner. Dogs do need to be on a lead at the communal access area please as it is a working farm. Useful information: Although the property sleeps 2, a child up to 12 years of age can also be accommodated on request.
