Hello from us! We're both local to the area and as well as having our small lodge site, we are sheep farmers, with both commercial and rare breed sheep on site (as well as very friendly chickens and goats). We are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful place and we are keen to share it with our guests. Amazing sea views, incredible sunsets and views across our fields filled with sheep - we are incredibly lucky! Our small site ensures our guests feel their visit to our farm is special and peaceful. Our guests are very welcome to meet some of our farm animals whilst on site or simply relax and enjoy the peace! We're here also to help with local tips to ensure you will get the best out of your time with us.

Our lodge offers basic but comfortable accommodation sited in a stunning location. Excellent Wifi, Smart TV's and google mini available. Modern kitchen with crockery/pots/pans etc. |Living Room area has patio doors to the decking area at the front where you can sit and enjoy the views and peace and quiet. Pet exercise area to the rear of the lodge site, honesty box selling free range farm eggs, jams, marmalades and home baking.

Neighborhood info

We’re located 3 miles from the beautiful Portpatrick, a picturesque fishing village in the South West of Scotland where there are numerous restaurants and pubs. There are numerous gardens close by including Glenwhan, Castle Kennedy and Logan Botanical Garden. Culzean Castle and Trump Turnberry and The Whisky Experience are located an hour up the Ayrshire coast, with Robert Burns’s home in Alloway being a further 20 mins up the coast. Stranraer Watersports Association is located in Agnew Park in Stranraer and provides the opportunity for you to get out and enjoy various watersports in the shelter of Lochryan. A day trip to Belfast is easily achievable for an alternative day out.
