This is a 6 berth caravan on California Cliffs Holiday Park (Parkdean). It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds and also has a pull out double bed in the lounge. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen has all that you will need including a kettle, toaster, microwave and small airfryer. All bedding is provided and beds will be made up prior to your arrival. I will check with you prior to your arrival whether you require bedding for the pull out bed. Towels are not provided, except for a tea towel. The caravan has free WiFi with unlimited data. The caravan is in the centre of the park so close to all amenities on site. There is a club house, restaurant, indoor pool, outdoor pool, arcade, crazy golf and play park, a shop, a laundrette and a fish and chip shop. Scratby Beach is opposite the park. A back gate from the park makes this accessible within 100 yards or so. Outside the back gate, there is also a bakery, a cafe, a shop and a fish and chip shop. Opposite the main entrance, there is an arcade and a place that sells doughnuts, icecreams and burgers and a chinese take away. The park is around a 7 minute drive into Great Yarmouth town centre. The bus runs frequently from both the front and back exits from the park. Pets are not permitted at the caravan. Smoking and vaping is also not permitted. Entertainment passes are not included and will need to be purchased directly from the park if you would like access to the clubhouse and swimming pools. *** Please note that amenities onsite are closed from the start of November to mid March *** Feel free to message me if you have any questions 😊
