The master bedroom features a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, en-suite toilet and sink, as well as an LCD TV. The second bedroom includes two single beds and a small wardrobe; while slightly more compact, it is ideal for young children. The third bedroom is more spacious and offers two single beds, a wardrobe, and an LCD TV. The main bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. The caravan also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and integrated fridge freezer. A dedicated dining area provides a pleasant space for meals. The living area is bright and welcoming, with double balcony doors that open out to enjoy beautiful sunset views. Guests can also take advantage of free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services (via personal accounts). Located within the Seal Bay holiday park, guests have direct access to the beach, which is approximately 600 metres from the caravan. The site offers a wide range of on-site amenities, including laundry facilities, children’s play areas, bike hire, bars, and a variety of dining options. There is also a funfair, amusement arcades, restaurants, shops, and golf facilities available. Please note that access to certain activities and facilities may incur additional charges and are not included in the caravan hire. These can be enjoyed at your discretion during your stay.

Hello, my name is Freddy. I purchased this caravan for my family as a place to escape the busy pace of city life and enjoy quality time together. Over the years, we’ve created many wonderful memories here, and it has truly become our second home. We are now pleased to offer our caravan to guests, so that other families, couples, and friends can enjoy the same relaxing and peaceful getaway. Although our children are a little older now, they still love spending time here whenever we can visit. One of the standout features is the beach, which offers stunning views—especially at sunset. We also enjoy visiting the nearby village for meals; one of our personal favourites is the New Magna Tandoori restaurant. There are plenty of dining options locally, and both Asda and the Co-op are just a short five-minute drive away. There is a washing machine in the caravan. However, as it is not part of the main kitchen setup, we kindly ask guests not to use it. The caravan is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. There are miles of beautiful coastline to explore, with West Wittering Beach just a short drive away, renowned for its golden sands. For shopping and leisure, Portsmouth’s outlet centre is approximately 30 minutes by car, while Littlehampton and Bognor Regis are also both within a 30-minute drive. Chichester town centre offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it a great place to visit during your stay. Chichester train station is around 20 minutes away by car, and there is a convenient bus service that runs directly from the station to the caravan site.
