The house has recently been renovated to a high standard and the Carbis Bay Suite is the master bedroom. The room has French windows and an additional window to the side with blackout curtains to ensure you get a good night's sleep and voile curtains for added privacy during the day. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with bedside tables and lamps on both sides, two chests of drawers and a double wardrobe. Tea and coffee facilities are included as well as a mini-fridge to chill your wine. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink, heated towel rail and a large walk-in shower. Access to the rear garden is included with a garden seating area. Carbis Bay Suite is accessed via the side of the main house, through a gate. There is a key safe outside the French windows to allow access to the rooms. The room has a wall-mounted TV with access to a smart TV where you can access Netflix etc. Wifi is included. The suite is private and for sole use with its own entrance. Only the garden, parking and path are shared.

We live in the main house with our grown up children so are available should you need any help. We have a well behaved cocker poo called Chewie and a cat called Lola who you may encounter in the garden from time to time.

Carbis Bay Beach is a 12 minute walk (maybe 15 minutes on the way back as it's up hill!) and St Ives is 25 minutes walk away on the coastal path. Yvette's Pantry is a lovely Bakery a couple of minutes walk away on St Ives Road. There is a Tesco supermarket a few minute walk away from the property.
