Carrick Chalets are new, luxurious purpose built waterfront self catering properties over looking Loch Goil. Guests have access to a private beach area to swim, kayak or just have a dip. Arrive by boat and secure on our mooring! The elevated balconies offer uninterrupted views of the loch with the opportunity to spot wild life whilst sipping your morning coffee or evening drink. The balconies are covered meaning you can sit out whatever the weather. Each chalet sleeps 4. Both are finished to high specification offering two bedrooms; a double bed & 2 single beds. The kitchen/dining/lounge area is a large sociable space wher the cook isn't excluded from the chat. A bespoke shower room offers a large, luxurious walk in shower Each lounge has a smart flat screen TV, fast Wi-Fi is also available. The patio doors offer stunning views whether your washing the dishes or sat on the sofa. Cot & high chair can be provided on request. Chalet 2 has a wood fired hot tub for ultimate relaxation. There is a charge per large basket of wood, firelighters & kindling which must be paid at point of purchase. The tub can be lit prior to your arrival on request.A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome there is a charge per dog per stay. The nearby village of Lochgoilhead has three restaurants, a well stocked shop and a post office. The Boatshed is a 5 minute drive away offering delicious food and stunning loch views. Loch Goil Cruisers offers boat hire an ideal day out for all the family. Activities are on offer at the nearby hotel for children such as swimming, archery, indoor arcade and out door play parks. Morrison's and Asda both deliver groceries to the chalets.

We have lived in Carrick for 10 years, though been visiting for 25. Having fallen in love with the area & the breath taking scenery we decided to make it home. The hamlet of Carrick is quiet, secure and serene with friendly locals. There are so many walks easily reachable from the chalets, whether you want to walk on the level or climb a hill there is something for everyone. The stunning scenery changes daily depending on the weather.

Carrick village is a small hamlet surrounded by mountains, properties face on to Loch Goil. If you're looking for stunning scenery in a peaceful location, this is the place to visit! Carrick Castle was built in the 14th century by the Campbells. James IV used is as a hunting lodge and Mary Queen of Scots visited in 1563. The castle is now privately owned. Coromonachan Woodlands is within walking distance offering a squirrel trail, contemplation shelter, waterfall and medieval settlement. Inveraray Castle, jail and historical village are around a 40 minute drive away. Ardkinglas Estate is around 20 minutes away, a historical home with stunning gardens and a Gruffalo Trail for little ones. Benmore Botanic Gardens is around 40 minutes away, set in 120 acres it features towering conifers, spectacular rhododendrons and a collection of plants from places such as China and the Himalayas. The town of Dunoon and Helensburgh are around an. hours drive away.
