I have been working at Ardtornish since 2023 looking after our traditional holiday cottages. It is my job to ensure guests are looked after and to make sure everybody has what they need to make the most out of their visit to this magical part of The Highlands!

Castle Cottage 2 is a traditional, semi-detached cottage on Ardtornish Estate. It is located at the mouth of the River Aline where the river meets the Loch - a hotspot for otters and bird life. The property comprises of a double room, twin room and bunk room and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a fully equipped kitchen/diner and a cosy living room with log burner. You will be provided with a start pack of logs & kindling for your stay. The cottage has a fully enclosed garden with beautiful views down the Loch and behind, towards Kinlochaline Castle. Linen, towels and starlink wi-fi are also included. Wildlife lover? The cottage is visited regularly by pine marten, plenty of bird life and the occasional fox. Keen for fishing? We offer river and Loch fly-fishing at Ardtornish and the property sits just a stonesthrow from the River Aline.

Ardtornish is a traditional Highland estate located on the remote Morvern peninsula with easy ferry access to the Isle of Mull. We have a Farm Shop selling our own meat and homemade ready meals, a wee gift shop, hydro-scheme, gardens to be explored and salmon fly-fishing in the River Aline.
