Castle Walk is a stylish, dog friendly cottage. Ground Floor - The living room area is tastefully decorated with a feature fire for the colder evenings ; coffee table, side tables, table lamps, Smart TV, sub woofer, sound bar with Netflix. The seating area comprises of a large L shaped leather sofas for six and an additional leather chair, throws provided too. Solid wood floor throughout lounge and hallway entrance. Hallway has coat hooks and area for shoes. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with all you would need, including dishwasher, washer dryer, induction hob, oven, designer hood and under-counter fridge and separate under-counter freezer. There is a dining table and chairs for six and a highchair available. 1st Floor - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom; Room 1 has a Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung mattress, bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing table and chair with mirror and double wardrobe. This Kingsize room has an Ensuite. Ensuite to Master Bedroom 1200mm walk in shower with dual mixer, WC, basin, mirror and headed towel rail. Room 2 has a Kingsize bed with pocket sprung mattress with an internal built in wardrobe, bedside shelves with lamps, dressing table with chair and mirror. Room 3 has 2 x Singles beds or on booking request can be made into a Kingsize ; with internal wardrobe, bedside cabinet, set of additional drawers and mirror. This room has uplight spotlights for reading too. Main Bathroom: Traditional bath with overhead mixer shower, toilet and basin and heated towel rail. Garden / Parking : The garden is fully gated and split over 2 levels. The bottom level gravelled with a bench, a few steps leading up to the top section. This section is gated too with a table and chairs, it is lovely to sit out on the summer evenings as we find to it be a sun trap. There is also solar lights and a main outside light available for darker evenings if required. Plenty of free on street parking on Lisburn Street, usually available in front of the cottage.

With our fabulous location in the town; we are only a few minutes walk away from the market square, restaurants, wine bars, cafes and theatre. Only 5 miles away from the beautiful Northumberland beaches, with Bamburgh Castle and Farne Islands a bit further up the coast this is a great base for exploring beautiful Northumberland. We are 1/2 mile from Alnwick Castle, Alnwick Gardens and Lilidorie Magical Playpark.
