A stunning detached reverse level seaside holiday home offering outstanding finish and style with spacious 5 bedroom accommodation. Situated in a slightly elevated location with fine sea and coastal views from the front across and up the coast to Godrevy Lighthouse. Ample off road parking for 4 cars, lovely garden and just a truly special house. It has underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump making this a true eco home. The house is bathed in light with stunning views across Carbis Bay
We fell in love with this part of Cornwall 5 years ago and purchased the house as a new build. We are not a holiday rental agency so when you enquire about a property or location you can be assured of our indepth knowledge of both, unlike most holiday rental agencies where the person you speak to has most likely never set foot in any of the hundreds or even thousands of properties listed. Moreover we are very much involved on a day to day basis and we have an excellent team on the ground at each property. As a result, you can rest assured that the property is fully prepared for your arrival, allowing you to enjoy an exceptional home from home holiday experience. If you are travelling with little ones then we include cots, stair gates, high chairs and other baby equipment at all our properties.
This St Ives Home from home is located 0.6 miles from Carbis Bay beach and 1.5 miles from St Ives, both equally accessible by foot, so leave the car and explore. All bedrooms have quality Harrison Spinks mattresses and beds with cotton percale linen and either black out blinds or black out curtains ensuring a good nights sleep is had by all.
