Brockenhurst sits within the New Forest National Park and has a calm, unhurried feel that suits walkers, cyclists, and those simply looking to slow down. The village centre is around a five-minute walk from the flat and has a range of cafés, pubs, and everyday shops. From the village, trails lead out into open heathland and ancient woodland, where free-roaming New Forest ponies and cattle are a familiar sight along the paths. Brockenhurst Station is approximately 2 minutes on foot, making it easy to reach the coast at Lymington in around 7-8 minutes by train, with ferry connections to the Isle of Wight from Lymington Pier. Southampton Central is around 19-25 minutes by direct train, and Bournemouth approximately 21 minutes. For guests travelling by car, one parking space is available on and off premises, with additional spaces potentially available on request.
