Property info

The Livers Lodge is a modern and spacious ground floor apartment in the very heart of Kingsbridge. Enter the property via the hallway into the light and airy open-plan kitchen and living area with access to a much coveted courtyard garden with seating/dining area. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and armchair for relaxing whilst watching tv, reading a book or listening to music. The TV cabinet houses an electric fire which gives the apartment a warm glow even when not switched on for heat. There is a dining table for two which can also work equally well as a desk and with fibre broadband is perfect for working from home. The modern kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, electric hob, oven and even an air fryer! There is also a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious double bedroom has plenty of storage including bedside tables, a double wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom has a light and spacious double width shower for ease and comfort.

This ground floor apartment is located opposite the Town Square that hosts many events including a weekly market, concerts on the bandstand and the annual fair week. Just a few steps to the head of the picturesque Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary and all of the town’s shops, markets, cafes, restaurants and inns, the apartment is perfect for guests who want to have all of the facilities on their doorstep. Salcombe, Dartmouth, Thurlestone, Hope Cove and Torcross are within an easy drive or bus ride for days you wish to relax on the beach, explore the shops or enjoy one of the area’s many stunning coastal walks.
