Chantry is a stone-built farmhouse near Aveton Gifford, Devon. The accommodation includes a kitchen/diner with Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, wood-fired Esse range cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining seating, along with a sitting room featuring a woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms and a super-king-size zip/link bedroom, which can be set up as a twin on request and benefits from an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, bidet, and WC. A family bathroom offers a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. Biomass central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Aveton Gifford is a small rural village at the head of the estuary of the River Avon in the South Hams area of the South Devon AONB.
