Old Swan Cottage is a charming Norfolk retreat in the heart of Great Massingham, perfectly positioned opposite the much-loved Dabbling Duck pub and just moments from the village greens and duck pond. Sleeping up to six guests, the cottage combines character with comfort, making it ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed countryside stay. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living space and a well-equipped kitchen for easy evenings in after a day exploring North West Norfolk. The sleeping accommodation includes a king-size bed set on an open mezzanine level upstairs. Please note that this is not a separate enclosed bedroom, so privacy may be more limited than in a traditional room with a door. An additional bedroom with two double beds are located on the main floor, offering flexible space for your group. While the cottage does not have a private garden or off-street parking, there is ample roadside parking adjacent to the property. And with Great Massingham’s beautiful open greens just outside, you’ll have all the outdoor space you need — perfect for morning coffee, evening strolls, or simply soaking up village life. With the Norfolk coast, Sandringham Estate, and wonderful countryside walks all within easy reach, Old Swan Cottage offers a comfortable and characterful base in one of Norfolk’s most picturesque villages.
