This brand new converted 1850 stable is situated in Newbold Village which is just 5 short minutes drive to the picturesque Peak District. There is a co-op store across the road and you are within walking distance to a variety of takeaways and local public houses. We are 20 minutes drive away to the famous Chatsworth House and close proximity to Bakewell, Buxton, Eyam, Matlock, Ladybower Resevoir, Castelton to name a few. The fitted kitchen comprises a breakfast bar for 2, fitted electric oven & hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, Microwave, kettle & toaster and all cutlery, crockery etc to accommodate 4 persons. Iron & ironing board. The bathroom comprises of an electric corner shower, toilet and wash basin The bedroom has the original exposed timber beams and a stone feature wall. You will find a double bed, bedside cabinet, set of drawers and hanging space. In the lounge you will find a pull out double bed settee and double sofa. Wooden dining table and 4 chairs, smart tv and free Wi-Fi From the lounge via French doors you walk out into an enclosed, private South facing courtyard with seating area perfect to unwind in after a long days walk

Your hosts are Jaimie & Trish Sumner. (New Owners) Jaimie is from Chepstow and is currently working as a school support worker. He was previously with the Merchant Navy and has worked professionally as a chef and private school bursar. Trish, originally from London, currently works for Derbyshire’s Children’s Services whilst also operating as fine-art printmaker.
