The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city and is walkable within 15 minutes. Moulsham high street is within 10 minutes with its restaurants, boutique bars and shops. Although you are within touching distance of the centre you will notice that the area is mainly families and residents and as such it is peaceful and relaxed. We really are in a prime location. Some examples: 15 minutes walk to Essex Cricket ground 15 minutes walk into Chelmsford Town centre 10 minutes walk to Moulsham high street 25 minutes walk from Chelmsford Train station Car Parking: - private space on the driveway alongside free space on the road. - house at end of cul de sac with ample street parking spaces
