Top floor apartment in a great central location close to local attraction such as the Beach, Restaurants, Bars & Train station. Large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped, dining area and living room with smart TV & sofa bed. The apartment has a large master bedroom with king size bed and is fully equipped with modern furniture. The bathroom is modern and clean & fresh with a Bath & separate shower. The property has historical significance as an old tavern that was regularly visited by Lord Horatio Nelson in 1798 and beyond. The property is situated on the top floor, up 4 flights of stairs and we don't have a lift.

Central location, close to the train station and local shops. Lots of parking and local restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.
