This newly refurbished apartment (July 2021) has undoubtedly the best views of St. Ives harbour and the surrounding area. This modern apartment has everything needed for the ultimate St. Ives experience..... -Uninterrupted views of the harbour, bay and beaches. -Ideally located, just a few steps from restaurants, shops and bars. -Free reserved parking space -Super-fast WIFI -Smart TVs with Netflix subscription -Fully equipped kitchen area including Neff oven, induction stove and dishwasher -Lounge area with corner sofa and Juliette balconies overlooking the harbour. -Nespresso coffee machine -Wetrooms with smart showers, wall hung WC and smart Bluetooth mirror -Linen and towels -Underfloor heating (for a comfy winter stay) This apartment has 2 bedrooms - The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a freestanding bath at the end of the bed and an ensuite double shower room. It also has a windowed partition with electronic privacy blind to allow views of the harbour. The second bedroom can be set up as a King-size or as a twin and is also ensuite.

Neighborhood info

Located just a few steps from the harbour, beach (includes boat rides, fishing and watersports), restaurants, bars and shops. And only a few minutes from the Tate gallery and surf beach. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from St. Ives train and bus stations. Parking can be hard to find in St. Ives, but relax we offer a free reserved space, only 5 minutes from the apartment. Fancy a walk? Leave the apartment in any direction and you will be greeted with some of the most beautiful coastal walks in England.
