Set within the city walls of Chichester, this ground floor modern, studio apartment is conveniently located in the centre of town. Local bars and shops are within a short walking distance along with Chichester Cathedral and train station. Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit are both within a 10 min drive. Large studio flat with a King size bed, sofa, dining table, T.V, and seperate equipped kitchen and 3 piece family bathroom. There is a public pay and display car park behind the building
Opposite the Barns Larder which is an amazing deli and cafe. Round the corner from Common grounds coffee shop (best in Chichester). Public car park at the back of the Flat. The train station is a short walk away!
