Clematis Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating, and a TV. The sitting room hosts a TV and there is a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a double, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking is allowed at this property. External area leads on to Raithwaite Estate Grounds which has gardens and paths to explore. Within 1.2 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles, a pub. Clematis Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the North Yorkshire coastline.
