From Barnstaple follow the A361 for Braunton/Ilfracombe. At the main set of traffic lights in Braunton, after (Squires Fish & Chip shop), continue straight on for approx five and a half miles until you reach 'Mullacott Cross Roundabout'. Take the first exit left, signposted Woolacombe (B3343). Continue along this main road past the Fortescue Arms for approximately another mile. The property is in the centre of Woolacombe: as you enter Woolacombe, you will notice the Narracott Hotel on the right hand side, turn immediately left, beside Bar Electric. Continue past the shops in Woolacombe until you reach the chemist (on your right hand side) can on forward across this junction towards the Woolacombe Bay Hotel, follow the road around to the left and continue past The Woolacombe Bay Pizza - houses will then be on your left along the road, there is an archway between the houses - if you go through this archway the door to number 17 is under the arch. You can park in front of the garage of number 17 through this archway, to do this reverse through the arch for best access. If you have a larger vehicle & require roadside parking please let us know your car registration a week prior to your arrival.
