Fully renovated to a high luxe feel Everything is right on doorstep Byron shopping centre inc Asda Subway , Costa , Gregg’s and lots more Marina and beach Restaurants and bars 2x Golf courses
Ive lived in seaham all my life it’s a great town I love walking and meeting friends Especially on our beautiful coastline
The area is great Byron place shopping centre is a 3 min walk. Marina and beach 5 min walk with Adventure Access if you fancy doing some paddle boarding or kayaking Restaurants and bars 5min walk Golf course 10 min walk Beautiful coastline walks inc Noses point, The blast beach and The Hive
