We arrived at the property having followed the instructions by the host provided. On entering the property through the rear yard I was a bit sceptical however once we entered the property it was a surprise. A huge place with 3 bedrooms a sea view from the living area and the top bedroom, complete with a full kitchen this place is home from home. There was tea, coffee, milk and bread provided here which surprised me but it was a nice touch. Very well presented and everything you could want if staying for a weekend or longer. There were also towels provided. Situated on Seaham sea front right opposite the WWI Tommy sculpture this place is in a fantastic location there are cafés below and along the sea front places to eat nearby and a small shopping area. It is also close to the Dalton park outlet. Brilliant communication from the host and I will definitely stay here again I wish all places were like this. Thank you.

The House was excellent. Really lovely internally and very clean and easy to use. The master bedroom is exceptional with balcony. The owners live on the site but completely left us to our own devices but were on hand if we needed anything.

Seaham, is a warm and friendly seaside town with an array of restaurants, cafes and shops. The town is steeped in mining, fishing and wartime history and the locals are extremely proud of their heritage. The beaches and views are incredible and the town is thriving with visitors and locals alike. A hidden gem, well worth a visit.

Seaham is an unspoilt coastal town full of natural beauty.

Seaham is an unspoilt coastal town full of natural beauty. There are no tacky amusement parks or funfairs to spoil it. The beaches are huge and full of sea glass just waiting to be found. It has a fascinating mining history and several information points for tourists. There’s some beautiful cliff top walks that lead to out of the way beaches which are well worth going to discover, but stout walking boots are a must!

Seaham is a changed town from the mid 1990's since my last visit and so much for the better. The colleges had just closed and the future looked bleak. The renewed seafront and war memorials along with great restaurants and cafes make a great place to visit.

Seaham seems very run down with most of the shops shuttered up. We went in August and a lot of bars and places to eat weren't open which we found surprising. One bar wouldn't serve us at 9.45pm as they were closing. The beach is quite hard to reach down lots of steps.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The people in Seaham are very welcoming and friendly. It's very close to shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The beach is just a short walk away and the Sea Glass collecting was very therapeutic x The apartment guide that was emailed and available in the apartment via a QR code was the best I've seen... a nice touch.

The property was in an excellent location with wonderful sea views. The penthouse was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The owner kindly left us a loaf of fresh bread, butter and milk. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again if I stayed in Seaham.
