Originally built in 1857 by Lord Londonderry for the Manager of Seaham's first Coal Mine, No.16 has recently been converted into luxury room only accommodation.

Woodland floors are seasonally adorned with wild garlic, bluebells and snowdrops, with birdsong echoing through the mature and elegant oak, ash and yew trees.
