Cobblers Lodge is a newly created warm cosy and bright annex attached to our main house in the sought after west side of Lyme. There is a separate front door approached by the garden path and up 6 steps with this section of the garden being fenced off to give you your own garden area and privacy and therefore ideal for ONE well behaved dog. It is situated in a private quiet and unlit cul de sac. Car parking is free but located one minute walk away ( 100 yards) on Somers Road but off loading luggage can be done outside the garden gate. Cobblers Lodge is 0.7 miles from Lyme Regis town centre and within a 20 minute walk down hill to the town and beaches. Remember this means coming back is uphill and steep in parts ! Cobblers Lodge affords sea views looking towards Golden Cap as shown in the photos The annex is open plan with dividing sliding doors. It has a kingsize bed with ensuite shower room and an open plan living area with a newly fitted well equipped kitchen and underfloor heating throughout. There is a private south east facing patio where evenings sitting and looking at the stars is a true delight as are early mornings watching the sun rise over the Golden Cap. A new house is being built in the field to the rear of Cobblers Lodge. Whilst this will not be visible from Cobblers Lodge there will be noise disturbances Monday to Friday. Vehicular access runs down the side of Cobblers Lodge. As of April 2026 work has stopped on site and we are unsure on when it may recommence

Cobblers is our home which we have completed renovated in 2023 and starting our new venture of hosting In August 2023. We live here with our 2dogs which consist a 3 year old retriever and one middle aged terrier. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing information and recommendations about the beautiful place where we live have and making sure you have the best stay possible in Lyme Regis. Equally if you enjoy your own privacy you have your own key, front door entrance with garden.

The Southwest Coast path is accessible in both directions within 10 minutes walk. River Cottage HQ is a 9 minute drive and Axminister train station is under 15 minutes drive giving access to London and Exeter.
