“Lovely place, a little off the beaten track but still only 15 mins from Le Shuttle. Rooms are in a separate cottage with a shared kitchen, lounge and garden area should you wish to use. The pub next door had an excellent menu and food was great....”

We own a group of pubs in the area including the Kings Arms, Elham that is situated next door to Cockpit Cottage.

Property info

The Kings Arms refurbished neighbouring property Cockpit Cottage, which launched as part of the pub in November 2024. Once a three bedroom cottage, it has now been reconfigured into five individual letting rooms or can be taken as a whole holiday home.

Neighborhood info

Friendly neighbourhood where Cockpit Cottage is situated on Cock Lane, just off from the village square. The village has three pubs, village convenience store, tennis courts, children's play area and some of the best North Downs Walks. If you are looking to eat out then we recommend the King's Arms public house next door to the cottage.
