This is a rural, cosy, one bedroomed, self contained apartment with an average floor space of around 60 sqm. It is semi detached to my home and has wonderful views of the Grey Corrie's and Aonach Mhor. It has its own entrance on the ground floor, with porch area leading to a kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, fridge, all cutlery, crockery and utensils are supplied. The living area has a smart tv, Netflix, sofa, table, chairs and patio doors. Upstairs your will find one large, double bedroom with shower room ensuite, feather duvet and premium cotton sheets. The property has its own outside patio and free private parking area. There is a stove in the property but it is not functional at the moment, this does not impact on the heating of the property.

I have been in the hospitality Industry since I was 16, I love meeting new people and helping them to enjoy their holiday with local information and guidance. I have lived in the local area all my life and look forward to greeting you soon.

We live in the outdoor capital of the Highlands and have beautiful scenery all around us. We are around a 10 minute walk into the village of Roy Bridge where there are two hotels and restaurants, or a 5 minute drive to the village of Spean Bridge to 4 restaurants, local shop, cash point and pharmacy. Glen Nevis, Glen Roy Parallel Roads, Glenfinnan, Ben Nevis, Aonach Mhor are all within easy reach. We have a secure area for keeping cycles if required and there are many cycle routes and Aonach Mhor trails to enjoy them on. Many people use us for a stopover to the Isle of Skye and the NC500, local climbs or just soaking up the scenery.
