The room is situated in a privat dwelling, a semi-detached house. All rooms share one bathroom. There is fast wifi throughout the property. There is no TV set in the room - please use the internet. Could you please take off your shoes as you enter the house. Slippers are provided. The house is conveniently located for South & City College Birmingham - Longbridge Campus. Free Parking at the house. Visit the nearby countryside, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds - or live it up in Birmingham centre. Play a round of golf at the Lickey Hills 18-holes golf course, situated within walking distance. Borrow a push bike to cycle if you want to.

I live and work in this house. I am a language teacher and work from home. For this reason I would like you to inform me about your check-in time. When I am in the middle of a class, you can still check-in. I will welcome you in person after my lesson.

Close by are many shops (Marks & Spencer, Morrison, Sainsbury, Tesco, a local high street), a multiplex cinema and bowling alley (Great Park), as well as a number of restaurants and pubs. South & City College Birmingham - Longbridge Campus can easily be reached on foot. In the close vicinity are Country parks and hiking trails (Lickey Hills, Waseley Hills, Cofton Park) and a municipal 18 hole (69 par) golf course (1.4 miles). Busses into Birmingham city centre run from the bottom of my street, the local train stop is "Longbridge".
