Upon arrival to the hotel, all reservations will require pre-authorization with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extras during your stay. All incidentals should be settled prior to departure. Car parking is not included in your reservation. Parking must be booked online in advance via the hotel website and should be booked 24 hours prior to arrival. Conference Aston operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel and conference center, including the central courtyard area. If guests wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area which is available outside the main reception. Please be advised that guests who do smoke in the bedrooms will be charged GBP 50.00 to cover specialist room cleaning. The Gym and Swimming Pool facilities are nearby, not onsite, and managed separately to the hotel where opening times vary daily. The Swimming Pool is therefore subject to availability and not guaranteed as part of your reservation. Only residents named on the hotel bedroom reservation will be permitted access to the hotel. Nonresident guests are not permitted to stay within guest accommodations without a valid reservation. The hotel operates a code of conduct for all guests staying at the venue in any capacity and is available online or by contacting the hotel in advance.
