Welcome to Conifers. Conifers offers three modern, stylish en-suite bedrooms designed exclusively for adults, available on a 'Room Only' basis. All rooms are located on the ground floor of our recently modernised Eco home, set back from the centre of Lyme Regis, offering splendid sea views and vistas of the surrounding countryside. Guests have access to a lounge furnished with comfortable sofas, a table and chairs, and a small communal refrigerator for chilling beverages. Each room is equipped with a hot drinks tray and kettle. The outdoor area features a spacious patio/terrace with garden furniture, where guests can enjoy the scenic views of the sea and countryside. The property provides convenient access to the coast path and cliff walks along the Jurassic Coast and is situated within minutes of the Lyme Regis Golf Club. Located in a quiet close, Conifers is just a 15-minute walk from the sea and the town centre. Two years ago, Conifers underwent significant renovation and an eco-friendly transformation, including the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels, which has resulted in achieving the highest energy performance grade of 'A'. Please note that this accommodation is 'Room Only,' and kitchen facilities such as a microwave, toaster, or coffee machine are not available for guest use.
