Property info

The Bank Rooms & Apartments is a former Bank of Scotland that was converted to rooms, apartments & Bosco Italian restaurant in 2025/6. The building was constructed in 1894 and is located in the centre of town. Built as a bank it operated for over 120 years before shutting the doors for the final time on 21 September 2022. The building was then purchased by David, Roanna & Michael in 2023 and the process of conversion began. The 3 owners are local to Troon & know the town well. A back to brick conversion commenced and the rooms completed in 2025 with Bosco Italian Trattoria to follow in spring 2026.
