Bramley Fall Attached Cottage, is a contemporary, well equipped Self Contained ANNEXE to our house in West Sussex. Dedicated secure gated garden area. It is Ideally located for both couples and families up to 6 people. Set in the picturesque village of Highleigh, Sidlesham and located 4 miles from West Wittering Beach and 4 miles from Chichester centre and train station. The property has been refurbished with new shower rooms, kitchen, flooring and redecorated throughout. New Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Sky TV,Sports and childrens channels in the compact living room area, terrestial tv in rooms and WiFi throughout. Easy reach of many local eateries and pubs. Because of its rural location there are no pavement adjacent to the roads but there are field footpaths. Close to local wedding venue at Southend Barns,
A car is recommended to fully explore the area. Nearest bus service a mile away.
Private parking and entrance also access to delightful dedicated secure garden from the Kitchen with power point and BBQ and outside seating available.
Small breed dog freindly (2max) secure garden.
The local area is predominantly flat which is great for Cycling. The footpath network is extensive and well used in the area.
Pagham Harbour nature reserve and the Medmerry retreat nearby. Goodwood Motor Circuit 7 Miles, Goodwood Racecourse 8 Miles, West Wittering Beach a ten minute drive. Book parking day before planned visit.
Linda can provide Travel cot, High chair and stair gates for a child, dog friendly visit.

Bramley Fall Cottage is in the delightful Village of Sidlesham 4 miles from the picturesque City of Chichester. With a blend of cosmopolitan shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops along with the historic Cathedral and cultural Festival Theatre. West Wittering beach nearby with pre booking of the car park essential. The South Downs National Park has many areas of interest for the outdoor type with walking the South Downs Way a very popular activity. Cycling is also very popular with several new cycle routes and a flat terrain making this an activity that most can participate in.
We have two pubs in Sidlesham one a destination gourmet restaurant and the other reputedly a carvery every day.
The world Famous Goodwood Motor Circuit which hosts The Revival Motor Racing Event and The Festival of Speed which is held in the grounds of Goodwood House. The Horse Racing Course is one of the souths Jewel in the crown.
Chichester Harbour and Marina are both in an area of outstanding natural Beauty (AONB). You can take the Water Taxis to Bosham (in peak season) and its wonderful pubs from Itchenor . Watch the world sail by at Dell Quay. Both are a great way to spend the day.
