We are not new to this game. This is now our 4th Holiday let in Wellington. We have been in the hospitality Industry for 25 year and run the local Public House the Vintage Inn just around the corner. We Pride ourselves on restoring Properties to thier former glory. Although this property is not as historic as our others we feel we have brought it back to life. Our plan is to give these properties a new lease of life for evryone to enjoy.

This Property has recently had a full Renovation, It now boasts a stylish open plan Kitchen, Living and dinning area with a New fully kitted out Kitchen and Appliences. The living area with its wood burning stove and large corner sofa is the perfect place to sit and relax. Upstairs you will find 3 newly decorated bedrooms and Bathroom. The Large wrap around Garden has a large patio with confortable seating and BBQ area and a lawn with fresh planting. The large Drive way will accommodate at least 2 vehicles.

Corner house is located on a quiet Road but only a short stroll to the Town Center. Wellington is full of quirky Shops, Bars, Restarants and the Cinema is just a 3 min walk from the property. The Blackdown hills an area of Outstanding beauty and the home on the Wellington Monument is only a 10 min Drive up the road. You can visit the North and South coast just 30 mins in each direction.
