Two bed house in the town centre. Cosy and trendy space, close to the M6 and bang in the town centre. Perfect for convenience. Has a small garden. Car park directly in front of the property. It is next to Sainsburys and convenience stores. EV charging point over the road. Walking distance to everything needed and perfect for travellers who dont drive, as well as easy for driving travellers. The property has had a recent refurbishment and has brand new flooring and decor, and brand new landscaped garden. House has a Smart TV, free wifi, all amenities, sofa bed for extra guests.
Next to the train station, town park, the courts, college, St. Marys church. Ideally located, close to M6. Easy access in and out of the town and onto transport links.
