The Courtyard is a lovely reverse-level barn conversion situated in a rural location near the Cornish town of Porthleven. The barn sleeps two adults and has one king bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is as shared courtyard with seating and off road parking for one car. With a rural setting but within easy reach of beaches and harbours, The Courtyard is an excellent barn for a couple's holiday. 2 well-behaved pets welcome, charge for 2nd pet. Note: Babies welcome, regretfully no children over the age of two years. Note: Please contact the owner before you stay if you wish to charge an electric vehicle at the property. Additional charges will apply.

Porthleven is one of south west Cornwall’s hidden coastal gems, located near Helston famous for its annual Flora Dance Festival. Situated between Lizard Point and Land’s End, Porthleven retains the feel of a traditional Cornish fishing village, enjoying uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Cornish coastline. The iconic clock tower sits on the harbour entrance and the pubs, shops, cafés and restaurants cluster around the historic picturesque inner harbour, where there is plenty of boating and marine activity.
