A perfect rural getaway on the edge of the Black Mountains. Located close to the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal and Route 46 cycle path on the old railway line, and walking distance of local amenities in Govilon. The Cowshed comprises two double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, with an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining space downstairs. Adjoining our other self-catering property, The Dairy, each property has its own hot tub*, outside dining space and shared use of the pizza oven in the orchard. * Please note that in order to comply with hot tub changeover regulations: - we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be at operational temperature for the first night of any stay - hot tub maintenance may commence from 07:30 AM on day of check out, after which time the hot tub will be unavailable

Hi, We are Cressida, Matthew and Justin - 3 siblings born at the nearby farmhouse and would love to host you as our guests in this beautiful part of Wales.

Lots of onsite parking. Regular bus service from the centre of the village to Abergavenny. Great for cycling, walking and exploring the towns of Abergavenny, Monmouth, Crickhowell, Brecon and countless picturesque villages.
