Are you a proud dog parent? Then you know how precious it is to find a getaway where your best friend is truly welcome. That’s why our cosy Georgian flint cottage is delighted to be dog-friendly. Crackling log burner, paws and slippers stretched out on the sofa. Country walks, muddy paws wiped on the mat by the door, and a big squashy dog bed waiting right beside yours. Located close to the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, the UK’s most dog-friendly town. Please be aware this is a cottage so has all the quirks, low beams, low doorways and twisty wooden stairs. The living room has uneven brick pamment flooring which has been there ever since the cottage was built around 1760. There are two steps up from the living room into the kitchen. We cannot accept any responsibility for banged heads , trips or falls and by booking you acknowledge these conditions and waive all claims.

I am a retired gardener living on a narrowboat nearby and fulfilling my dream of running my own holiday let business.
