Hi and welcome to Cozy Nook self catering one bedroom cottage located in the peaceful and tranquil Great Glen beside the Caledonian Canal. The Cozy Nook detached cottage has a contemporary feel with a gorgeous open plan kitchen, 3G wifi, dining and lounge area�, bathroom and shower, winding up the spiral staircase to the relaxing bedroom with stunning views , the patio doors open up to a spacious decking area with lovely views of the Highland countryside. Complimentary 3G WiFi Parking on site, it is a steep driveway but there is parking bay outside for low ride vehicles. Dog friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs only. On booking we require notification of size of party and dog numbers.

Hi from Nikki and Richard, Welcome to Cozy Nook. On arrival the key will be in the door, we will like you to get your short break under way as quick as possible . So we will give you a short guide around the facilities. Nicola and Richard wish to welcome you to Balmaglaster Area in the Great Glen near Loch Ness and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Scottish Highlands. We will never interrupt our guest’s privacy, but we are just next door, if they need us. It is super important for us that our guests feel completely private and relaxed to enjoy their holiday.

This is a great base for travelling and outdoor pursuits, as you will be centrally located between Fort William (Glen Coe) and Fort Augustus (Caledonian Canal) . There is lots to do including woodland walks, loch’s and riverside, and mountains. The area is also excellent activities cycling, fishing, canoeing, sailing and wild swimming. The location is excellent for accessing places of interest such as Skye, numerous castles, beaches, Nevis ranges and other numerous Munroe’s in the area. The cottage is also within 40 min to Fort William and an 1 hour to Inverness if you require.
