This first-floor apartment consists of a living area with a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, a sitting area with a balcony, Smart TV and woodburning stove and a dining area for four and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin (zip-link can be set up as a king-size on request) along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within one mile or less you will find a shop, pub and beach. The gorgeous Yorkshire Wolds, the close-by towns of Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby, as well as the breathtaking historic coastline, are all well worth a visit, boasting beautiful historic sites, quaint buildings and breath-taking scenery. Take a walk through Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves and the RSPB bird refuge at Bempton, Sewerby Hall, and Danes Dyke, seeing what wildlife you can spot along the way.
